Why did I receive only one of my items?
If you purchased two different items, they may be dispatched at different times due to stock availability. Don't worry as your other item will arrive shortly. You can track your package from the section in our main menu.
We offer free shipping above a certain amount inside the US and Australia. Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order (please note used products and sale items are not eligible for return). Return costs are not covered. If you have a problem, we'll do anything we can to help you within 24 hours.

All US orders are shipped from our warehouses. We have warehouses in California, Dallas, Asia, and The Netherlands (Europe). We ship most of the time with USPS, FedEx and UPS. Orders should typically arrive within 8-12 business days.
All of our transactions are based in US Dollars or in Euros. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate at the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will process it within 24-48 hours and should typically arrive within 8-12 business days.
