We are so confident that you will love your new aromatherapy products that we back your order with a 90 day (!) guarantee.
Please notice that our warehouse for returns is not located at our office address in Amsterdam. Send us a message to email@example.com if you'd like to set up a return with us. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so we can see If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong color, wrong model, etc...) or the product is malfunctioning. Please be aware that sale items and downloadable content is not refundable. For any other reason, you will be required to send the product back and cover the shipping fees associated with that.
Once we receive the package, please allow 8-12 business days for us to process the return & issue you a refund.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
To keep our prices for our products as low as possible we unfortunately can't pay for your return shipment (we already made our shipping costs free when you order our products). For returning you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For International orders Happyhaves is not responsible for any duties or fees that may occur. Please keep this is in mind if you return your product.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items which are broken or used.
Cancellations/Changes To Order
If you would like to cancel/make a change to your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel/change has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. However, you can return the item for a refund once it has arrived.
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.
Also, please note: We cannot add additional products to your order as our system does not allow us to charge your payment method by ourselves. You will need to make an additional order to do this. Sorry for the inconvenience but we will try our best to make you happy.
