If you purchased two or more different items, they may be dispatched at different times due to stock availability. In order to bring you some of the best prices available for the highest quality; we work directly with many artisans around the world. This means, occasionally, if you order multiple products from us, they may come in separate packages at different times within the delivery period. Don't worry as your other item will arrive shortly. Because we only want to deliver the best quality of our products and to keep everything at its best for you, oils that are going to be shipped outside the US will be shipped separately from the main order. Most of our essential oils are from the Provence, France (Europe). Due to strict restrictions when shipping liquid products internationally, they cannot use the same shipping method as the non-oil based products. This means, they tend to show up a little later. All oil products will be packed securely as all other products.
We accept returns for up to 30 days. Please notice that our warehouse for returns are located in California or in The Netherlands. Send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to set up a return with us, and we will send you the return form. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so we can If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong colour, wrong model, etc...) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you. Also, please include a video of the product if you have a defective item as in most cases we're able to fix it with a few instructions. This will save you a lot of time and energy. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items which are broken or used. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we'll do anything to make you happy.
In case your product is not working correctly, please send our support team a short video of the issue. Most of the time we give directly feedback based on the video, and we're able to fix most of the issues within 24-48 hours. We'll do anything we can to help you as quickly as possible, and we want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order.
If you've received the refund notification from us, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take 3 business days before your bank processes the refund on your end.

Yes we produce our own organically farmed essential oils in the South of the Provence, France.
