This sometimes happens when the cord is connected to a particular charger. Please use your original charger or a mobile phone charger in combination with the usb cable. 

Also, make sure your water level reaches the water level and everything is well connected.

No, it is not real fire. This aroma diffuser uses simulated light, so it gives you a relaxed feeling as if you're looking at a real fireplace. No worries, it is 100% safe.

Our average international shipping times are 6-12 business days from the day your order is confirmed. Please note: due to high demand, our carrier is experiencing delays, and our shipping time may be increased. Orders are usually processed in 24 hours, after that time period, your order cannot be changed. If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago, contact us immediately to make changes to your order. If you have not reached us in time, your order has already been sent to our automated production center, and we will not be able to change the shipping address, we can recommend that you wait until your order is shipped and contact the shipping company, they might be able to assist you with updating your address. Thank you for your patience, and support for our small business. If you've waited 2-3 weeks and still have not received your order from us, please contact us at support@happyhaves.com, and we will look into it as soon as possible. If you purchased two or more different items, they may be dispatched at different times due to stock availability. In order to bring you some of the best prices available for the highest quality; we work directly with many artisans around the world. This means, occasionally, if you order multiple products from us, they may come in separate packages at different times within the delivery period. Don't worry as your other item will arrive shortly. Because we only want to deliver the best quality of our products and to keep everything at its best for you, oils that are going to be shipped outside the US will be shipped separately from the main order. Most of our essential oils are from the Provence, France (Europe). Due to strict restrictions when shipping liquid products internationally, they cannot use the same shipping method as the non-oil based products. This means, they tend to show up a little later. All oil products will be packed securely as all other products.

We accept returns for up to 30 days. Please notice that our warehouse for returns are located in California or in The Netherlands. Send us a message to support@happyhaves.com if you'd like to set up a return with us, and we will send you the return form. Make sure you include your name/email used in the order or the order number, so we can If there was a mistake made on our end (wrong colour, wrong model, etc...) or the product is malfunctioning, we will correct this at no extra cost to you. Also, please include a video of the product if you have a defective item as in most cases we're able to fix it with a few instructions. This will save you a lot of time and energy. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on opened/used oil packages or items which are broken or used. If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we'll do anything to make you happy.

In case your product is not working correctly, please send our support team a short video of the issue. Most of the time we give directly feedback based on the video, and we're able to fix most of the issues within 24-48 hours. We'll do anything we can to help you as quickly as possible, and we want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your order. 

If you've received the refund notification from us, please be aware that non-PayPal orders may take 3 business days before your bank processes the refund on your end. 

If after that time, you still have not seen the refund, please e-mail us to support@happyhaves.com, and we can double-check on our end for you.

Yes! This is our 2.0 version of the Happyhaves Full Moon which took us almost a year to make it run cordless. You can simply just tap the light or diffuser button on top of the Happyhaves Full Moon to activate these functions. You can use the lamp and diffuser function at the same time or use it separately. Whatever you like. You can fully charge it in 2 hours. No worries, it's very easy to use!

Yes we produce our own organically farmed essential oils in the South of the Provence, France. 

Happyhaves™ products are exclusively available through this online store. That's how we can guarantee the best price - and cut out unnecessary margins. In the spring of 2023 we will open our first store in Joshua Tree (California, US). Sometimes we also open pop-up stores, so make sure you follow us on Instagram.

We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all our products. Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your order. We offer FREE shipping within the US, with tracking numbers from FedEx or UPS.
